Happy New Year!!

And with that…the 2025 season has come to an end. What a year it was! For me, there were major highs and lows. And while I don’t generally share personal info often, I am feeling particularly emotional for this next chapter in my life. Perhaps even an entirely new book of life…

Two of my pups passed away, less than a month a part. They were both older rescues, and I am happy they lived out their days well fed and loved to infinity. I will miss them forever. I’ve got one crazy cattle dog to snuggle with, and who knows, there could be a new dog or cat friend in the near future!

My marriage also ended in 2025. Going into 2026 fully on my own after 10+ years is a strange feeling, but the right one.

2025 also brought the finale of my debut Daemons & Lumens Series. Seraphina’s journey for revenge and belonging has finally concluded, and I am really fucking proud of the series. There is absolutely more to come within this world, with new characters, and a few familiar faces.

I attended multiple author signing events, met so many amazing readers, and continue to be inspired by the successes of my fellow indies. This community I have joined for about two years now as grown so much, and I cannot wait to see what comes next in my author journey. Cheers!

What’s next for this series, you ask??

A short story to be featured in the Devoured by Desires Anthology. This story will feature three new characters, all looking for answers in their own ways, and when they meet at one of the most notorious asylums in America, things go from dark to deadly quick.

This antho is also donating to a mental health org chosen by the authors, and features a plethora of characters struggling with mental health related issues. Stay tuned for more details coming early in the new year!

This was one of the first omegaverse books I read, and it was so good! I fell in love with omegaverse, and Lola’s story was dark, but also so sweet with a fantastic ending. Definitely read both part one and two, and her bestie’s story, Baby and the Late Night Howlers!
